Tune Queue

Terms of Service

Questions? Contact us.

By creating a venue owner account, or using Tune Queue as a guest or DJ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Tune Queue is

A live song request platform for venues. Guests scan a QR code to request and vote on songs; DJs manage the live queue; venue owners manage their account, branding, and (when enabled) receive boost payments directly to their own Stripe account.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to legally enter into this agreement in your country.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tune Queue for anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm others. We use automatic moderation to help keep requests appropriate, and reserve the right to pause or remove access for any account that misuses the service.

Guest-submitted content

Song requests and notes are submitted by anonymous guests, not by us or venue owners. We apply automatic filtering, but don't guarantee the appropriateness of everything submitted. Venue owners and DJs can remove any request at any time.

Payments and subscriptions

Venue subscriptions: pricing and trial length are shown in your account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If a payment fails, your venue's account may be automatically paused until resolved.

Boost payments: go directly to the venue's own connected payment account. We don't hold, process, or take a share of this money.

Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any standard price change applies to your account.

Service availability

We aim to keep Tune Queue running reliably, but don't guarantee 100% uptime or an error-free service. Provided "as is."

Our liability

Tune Queue is provided by an independent operator. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending your account

Close your account anytime via "Request account deletion" in your settings. We may also suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — significant changes will be flagged via your account's notifications, or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
